Kim Kardashian: Sad She’s Too Sick From Pregnancy To Enjoy National Doughnut Day

Poor Kim Kardashian. She may have money, fame and beauty, but there’s one thing she’s being deprived of — a yummy doughnut! The mama-to-be is suffering a horrible bout of morning sickness and she’s not able to take part in National Doughnut Day. Tragic!

Kim Kardashian, 34, has long admitted to having a sweet tooth. So it must be hard for her to watch the rest of the world celebrate National Doughnut Day, when she can’t. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians beauty took to her Twitter account to bemoan the fact that she’ll have to go without the delicious treat while everyone else can indulge without guilt because hey, it’s a national holiday!
Kimmy lamented to her 32 million Twitter followers “Today is National Doughnut Day! Thought I would enjoy it more but morning/all day sickness really ruins things!” The pregnant reality star has mentioned having the heaves numerous times since she announced she was expecting her and Kanye West‘s second child on May 31.
While she’s got a case of the blues over her doughnut deprivation, Kim was able to look on the bright side: at least her morning sickness is helping her keep her pregnancy diet in check. “LOL Maybe its for the best!” she added, apparently remembering the old adage “once on the lips, forever on the hips” when it comes to fried, high-calorie desserts.

Kim’s Sick, But Still Spoiling Herself

Kim has been keeping her fans up to date on her ailments all week. On June 2, she tweeted, “So f*cking sick today on all levels!!!!! UGHHHHHHHHH I can’t deal!!!!!!!!!! Praying I get through the day!” She did make it past that bout, later that day sharing that “I just ate chipotle. Was so good!” Apparently Mexican food agrees with her pregnancy, as she was she was able to keep it down without getting ill.
Kim may be staying near the nearest toilet or waste basket right now, but she pulled it together to go uber glam in a black sheer dress at the 2015 CFDA Fashion Awards in New York June 1. The next day she jetted to Nashville to promote an energy drink while wearing a skin tight latex pink dress that showed off her stunning curves. Even though she’s got the slightest hint of a baby bump — she’s been able to say no to maternity clothes, thanks to the use of Spanx!
